Return and Refund Policy

Dragon Claw Customs refund policy;

1. If within 30 days of purchase you don't like it send it back, installed or not.

2. If you damage it during installation within the 30 days send us the damaged part and we will repair or replace that part at no charge to the customer.

3. The frame is covered thru DCC  for a period of 1 YEAR for defects in manufacturing.  

4. The fabric is covered for 1 YEAR  for rips or fading provided it's not a man made rip or damage.

5. These products are hand made and none are exactly the same and sometimes things happen.
